What Kind of Marketing People Do You Need in a Web3 Team?
I wouldn't recommend companies to come for marketing support in general when there is an issue. It's always better to come to prevent rather than resolve, right? But yeah that is the ultimate reason when people come and ask for our help because they have figured out that internally they're lacking some resource or they need to tackle it now. I'd also say that very very important a very important skill is also to be able to understand branding and know how to build a brand. We know that web3 and specifically now with all of the sort of turmoil that's going on and existential crisis that we're going through.
