How to Deal With Cities and Apartments

The EU has said that all countries need to put in place charging, fast charging infrastructure along their highways. For trucks, every, I think, 60 kilometer, there needs to be a megacharger installed by 26 or 27. But how do you deal with cities and apartment buildings? There are two schools of thinking. One says we're going to put lots and lots of slow chargers in cities; other people say it could be very similar to refueling your petrol car.
