The Cross-Disciplinary Approach to AI Ethics

IBM had an AI ethics board in place, but it didn't have decision-making authority. Seth is tasked with building out the operational aspects of that board to make it capable of implementing centralized decision-making. He says they also engage individuals throughout IBM who either from advocacy because they care very much about the topic or are working in the space individually.
