Is Naloxone Used for Shivering?
Naloxone may increase pain, especially if someone's had opioids and does not help decrease shivering. So clonidine, dexmetatomidine, propofall, tramadol, phizostigmine, magnesium sulfate, and narcotics have been used to all different degrees of success for post-operative shivering.
