There were two kids to take care of, Rina hired a live in nanny named Issa McNeil. Fred West would do this later with his other kids once him and Rosemary were married. And finally, Issa introduced Rina to a 16 year old runaway named Anna McFall who moved in as well. This became a tactic for Fred West gathering people on the outskirts of society into his home to use them as he pleased. He ran over and killed a young boy while he was driving his Mr. Whippy ice cream truck. But death was rolled accidental and Fred wasn't charged.
