If you're a millennial or anybody younger than say 50, 55, you have a greater probability of becoming disabled than actually dying. In Canada, in Ontario, we have two, we have powers of attorney for property and for healthcare. You can allocate an individual to be the power of attorney for care for your husband or your wife,. For property again, it depends on who you want to do that: A or B? There's no super important answer but I think most people don't take the time. Most people forget to check their benefits and all that stuff.
