The Benefits of Intermittent Fasting
I'm going to just do you know every weekend I'll do a fast for about 24 hours maybe a little more eventually dry fast so no water no food nothing but just 24 hours that's nothing 24 hours is not much and then each day like normal day like today I'll just try to have a longer time without eating at night right so I'll just eat dinner let's say I finished dinner at six o'clock and then don't eat again until maybe 10 the next day so it's about 16 hours of fasting that's called like partial fasting or intermittent fasting. It also has some good health benefits a lot of people are doing this a lot of athletes are doing this called intermittent fasting.
