The Role of UX in Churn Reduction

UX is part of the past fundamentally being able to actually present. Part of it's storytelling and being able to present it back to the business. The missing piece for me, and I've done a lot of UX research around this, is that you know what kind of products are going to go to the different personas in your organisation. So when you're doing a WiFi study or something like that, we want to start a different view of that because people might have different views on certain things. And so how do I then present back to those who are actually a modeler? They also may not want to understand all the different segmented stuff such as my sales process. But then again
