The Minsk Accords, which we've now referenced many times, that's a deal reached in 2015 in between the Ukrainian government and the rebels and the Donbas who are backed by Russia to end the war. And that war began because basically the new coup government tried to crack down on ethnic Russian culture inside of Ukraine. But the Ukrainian government under pressure from the far right refused to implement it under Poroshenko who signed it and then under Zelensky. So let's talk about Joe Biden.
