I wonder once more people actually start using it, if we are going to start seeing more problems with the actual tail of it from loss to follow up. A lot of it is just, it's a very different population. It's prevention. And so I think a lot of times it's not as important to them as maybe somebody who actually has an HIV positive diagnosis and they're like, well, I don't actually have to do this. Or it doesn't fit in my schedule."
