Is There a Difference Between Moji and Exclamation Points?
We try not to say things like sorry for the inconvenience, or apologies for the inconvenience. We also don't really lean super heavily on moji because we don't always know what people will be reading these responses on. So we actually are more likely to go with the old school call in closing parentheses to make a smiling face. It's much better to overdo it with exclamation points than under it, just because there's such a possibility for tone to go awry.
