Saragacy is a mesoginistic capitalistic practice that exploits and commodifies women's bodies. People who buy children through the saragace process feel entitled, not just to parenthood, but to their own biological offspring. These people are egotistical enough that they must see their genes replicated at any cost. We're talking about women using, exploiting and dehumanizing other women. I don't expect better from them.
