How Would You Use the Word Barbie?

The more rural you go, the harder it gets to understand Australians. I've found certain Australian accents maybe irritating, but not really like, not hard to understand. The colloquialisms or phrases that you get from one state to the other can sometimes get confusing. You're either someone who speaks with that kind of slang all the time, or not at all. And yet you do change between those two kinds of levels, I guess. Alright, so we should probably get on to the words and phrases, and we can hear how you'll use them in your everyday language or whether you would never use that at all.
