What Happened to Bobby?
Alfred and Pauline Carpenter set up their stall at the Barton County Fair in Great Bend, Kansas on July 13th of 2018. Alfred asks: Is it possible for smaller, less renowned, but more efficient forms of mafia to exist in 21st century America? And what if they took on some very unfamiliar, even comical new forms?
