The Decline of Learning
Lawrence Lessig: I think some began to question the importance of learning at all in high schools. He says students value learning more when they feel a sense of mastery over what they're learning. More autonomy and relationship rich classroom also makes them value learning more, he says. Lawless: Would we have written this book post-pandemic if we'd written it post-chat GPT? We wouldn't be doing anything different because everything is geared toward that type of teaching and learning.
