Brad: I'm certainly a runner with more than one pair of shoes in the closet. Simon: You might have for your longer runs, you might actually have something that's got a bit more grunt to it. The human body hates repetitive load. It doesn't respond well to it at all. If you understand this and you understand mixing the input signals up, then you're not only going to be a better runner, but you're probably going to be less injured.
