In the past, if a cellular provider needed to expand the coverage of their network, they would simply construct a new cell tower. But due to the crowded nature and congested urban and suburban areas we find ourselves in constructing a newcell tower just isn't possible because it requires at least 300 square feet of unoccupied land. So that is not the easiest solution. A rooftop and tennis site leases are a great, are great in that property owners can now generate income from a portion of that property that was otherwise not leaseable and kind of just dead space. However, it can also be problematic as the rooftop protects the rest of your property from the elements and the roof on the top and tennis
