How Kalam and I Developed a Group for Pre-Reading
Kalam: I suppose Kalam being the convener did kind of take a more of the leading role in that first session and having us set norms for ourselves and our intentions for the group. And it was out of that, I suppose, one of the needs that I had wished for was around, can we really together come on one specific topic? So there's kind of mutual accountability of, oh, it's on next week, I better start looking at this topic. But if it ever happens that we're kind of end up wandering or no one's taking the leading role, I think Kalam always does kind of pick a backup.
