What's the Law of Effect?
A leader's responsibility is to keep hope alive. If i can't, it's sometimes the economy turns. Sometimes we go to market with a defective product that didn't work. But when everything else fails,. The quest that you and i, as leaders have to ask ourselves is t my keeping hope alive? Because that's the leader's responsibility. Nothing breeds success like success. It all goes to our ability to continue to establish hope.
