thing that's bothered me the most in my career that I see is when I'm off duty and I see pulse point go off of the structure fire. It just gets me deep down inside. Me too.
Speaker 1
You tell us. Yeah.
Speaker 4
It just pisses me off. You know, why can't that happen on

my shift? I have full blown foam on. I'll have to turn off pulse point bricks the whole nine yards on off. I can't have it off. Yeah. If Nick Garcia texts me on a four day, I won't even look at it. I know he's texting me because there's a fire and I know he's listening to the radio traffic because he's big of a nerd as I am. Yeah. And I'm like, I'm not done. I'm not talking about this right now. Yeah.

So with that said, just to kind of wrap up some of this pure support, resiliency stuff, we've gotten so much better in my time here, short time here of just looking out for one another. If something's not right, I've had so many people come up to be like, hey, so and so, we had this call or so and so is acting kind of not normal. Can you maybe check up on them? And it's been overwhelmingly positive and pretty cool that we're having each other's backs instead of just writing the person off and talking about them behind their back. So

the reaching in, this is a quote that I'm stealing from you that you may be still from somebody else, Brian, but we were harping, reach out, reach out. Something's bothering you. Reach out. Just pick up the phone, make a call. Just pick up the phone and tell everybody that you're a head case and you have all these problems. You know, that's what it's made it sound like. That's not what I'm saying. Everybody it sound like and people are like, I'm not a fucking reaching out. So I heard Brian say, remember, why aren't we reaching in? Why don't we just go up and say, are you good? Put your arm around somebody's shoulder. You do. All right. This is bugging you. And I've seen a bunch of that lately. You know, I've seen a lot more guys doing that and being comfortable doing that, having those conversations. So it's been a positive thing. It's this, this, I hate to keep abusing the word movement, but this movement has been really positive and it's cool to have a guy like you who's not just passionate about the job and the hands on skills, but passionate about multiple facets and multiple aspects of the job. It's good to have somebody at the helm of such an important topic that has the passion you have.
