Doing Every Set to Failure?
It took me about a half month to maybe about two weeks to ramp up my volume. I was trained three days per week. And then after that, you know, it was a good maybe 10 weeks straight of just training at the max volume. It probably would have been a lot tougher if all my movements were compound lifts. So, um, doing all those sets to failure, really not that big of a deal. Really.
