Are You Looking After Yourself Properly?

I think there's this glorification of the grind. Theres just this expectation that you do whatever needs to be done a and we don't really have any barriers. And one of the major things, and especially something i was hugely m guilty of, is just creating so much work for ourselves. So when when we don't have those skills right? Ad, obviously, that can become a problem. But before then we start to talk about how we can look after ourselves and develop those skills. I've always called it, its kind of like death by a thousand razor blades. Cause it can sneak up on you. It doesn't happen overnight.
