Dustin: "It's been kicking my butt so much that I wanted to, I just wanted to talk to you mainly to cush you out here on the podcast because I couldn't physically do it while I was watching the videos and working out alongside you guys" The app has a lot in there now. There'll be like kettlebell programming, heavy pack programming, body weight programming. And then there is a full suite of robust gym programming. It's all functional fitness at the highest level. So we're trying to create hybrid athletes that are really strong, but also can have the stamina and cardio and endurance to back it up.
