Are You Giving More Than Taking?

I think the best advice that I've ever gotten on sort of decision-making came from Ellen Lager, a social psychologist. She said most of the time, what you have to realize is it's not about making the right decision. It's about making the decision right. So like if you were, you know, torn between which job to take or which university to attend or where to live, that choice itself is going to matter less than what you make out of it.
