The Lord's Prayer

The Lord's prayer is such a potent and radical prayer of formation and discipleship. The first thing Jesus says about the Holy Spirit in Romans 8:26 is that he knows what you need before you ask him. There are 1320, 1222 words in the Declaration of Independence but it helps us to pray for our country. Not many pagans think they'll be heard because of their words, don't be like them. What's the point of praying? He already knows; stop your babble.
