What Was Your Route to Becoming Principal of a Theological College?

Lin: Nothing i've done has ben my childhod aspiration. I started doing a bit of teaching at w t c and also trinity college bristol. So people were nice to me and gave me some teaching opportunities, which was great. And then i found myself in a position where, er, there were some gaps at w t C for jobs,. Then i got offered the dean of studys job, which was a surprise a and i was pleased to take that. It's quite exhilarating in some senses, i found. Because it really focuses everybodyn on priorities and what you actually really want.
