The report is based on anony data that we have within heap. It was also this same looking at the same data and working with customers, the basis for us building a lot of the capabilities to automatically surface these things. No one knows they're there. You can't predict them ahead of time. So we need to figure out what were the stumbling blocks,. What are these things that are often happening? And we did that through working directly with customers and looking at data in aggregate. We like wont be able to help our customers find these issues and be more impactful"
