You Can Go Back and Make Peace With Anyone or Anything

When something gets me emotional on the internet or the media, there's a 99 point nine nine % chance that i'm projecting something in my past. Instead of a, as you would say, look inward and see where this pain is integrated. Heel with it. Go back and make peace with it. I realize recently, you can go back to the past and makepeace with anybody or anything. It really does heal. And yes, we got to be careful of those tribal elements that can come out within us. You could watch one thing and not even be drawn into it at all but then something else can completely it's personal, you know.
