Corey: This was a really great episode as you said it's on business breakdowns. It's all about Brookfield, one of the largest asset managers in the world that most people have never heard of. They avoid cyclical industries just as a hard and fast rule; they sort of say things like mining can be a trade, but it's not meant to be a long term investment. The company itself is set up in a way where like those assets ultimately end up being a long term annuity stream That they can then reinvest again in a very permanent capital way.
