Was the cohort recruited in an acceptable way. Was exposure being accurately measured to minimize bias? Were there any important confounders such as alcohol or caffeine intake sleep hygiene and a two year old in the house all of which might have bigger impacts on sleep then say shift work. I like that last part we need to find system level interventions.
