How Important Is It to Set Up an LLC Before Getting Your First Mailer?
I think it's a pretty good idea to get something like a business entity set up before you send out your mailers, or at least before you actually close on a purchase. I don't think anyone would say, I'm going to cut out the 50 cents, even though I might make 150,000. If you are focusing on smaller properties, kind of lower dollar properties, you'll probably get a better response rate on your list. So if you're really interested in getting like the ultimate return for that, that mailer, as far as the response rate goes, maybe you kind of filter out those higher dollar properties, but. Okay.
