If we do something repetitively, the brain just sort of goes, no, this is boring, nothing's changed. So we're not learning. And I assume what you're getting at here is that that's how athletes feel as well, regardless of whether a human or or a coin athletes. We know they don't learn doing that. It might be building muscle, but it might not be. It may be actually damaging because you're using the same muscles.
