How to Be a Good Communicator

I grew up in Texas. So I think of Irma Bombak, who wrote books like The Grass is Always Green or Over the Septic Tank. It's funny complaining about how life is silly and you've seen so many things like that. But yeah, people read it for the humor. And so when you think about technical stuff, you know, UX problems and stuff like that, my personal guideline is Gary Bernhardt.
