i think in certain creative roles it's very hard to do that, because you need to be with those people and work with them closely. The majority of our teams is located in san diego, and we work together every day in person. There are people that are remote designersn people that are writers, whih which make sense. An they'r remote most of the time, but they do fly in for specific meetings becauseit's free. It's hard to brain store may sink. Sometimes.
