Is Niagara Falls a Hydro Source?

A lot of these possible solutions that have been implemented and are only getting cheaper and more effective. Solution that actually is probably much more viable. Like solar wind and obviously like hydro and stuff already exists all over the world. It's just so weird to like when a lot of people see a video and you start to read and people are like, but one thing I learned is it's a hydro source.
