For example, we can also say, or you are being too kind, but actually the person is not kind at all, usually. And some adverts are genuinely nice. If something is genually nice, it'slikeike, really nice, truly, eh. Ye. We used agy and offensive and off beat. And also you used utopian. You also used a nice adjective, snazzy. Its sparkly. It's like wood, shiny and new. Give us examples.
