I think that idea of curiosity and a certain sense of compassion is so key because I think it's very easy to kind of turn away or back away. We hold on to, as you read about in the draft of the book, the myths and fables because they construct a view of the world that is actually quite safe. Our ancestors were resilient, not privileged, not fortunate by a chalk mark on a lapel that said yes versus one that says "no," right? And we don't come into relationship with that reality.
