How to Build Ring Muscle Up Specific Pulling
You could also do that pull a quint style concept with this as well. Three weighted pullups rest a certain amount of time. Maybe six ring muscle ups or you pick the number where it's, it's a well below your am wrap set. That's just like a pulling endurance piece that's isolated. And then as you get closer to a season, that's when you can start adding the pre fatigue work. Even if you could do tons of strict pullups, you throw a bit like a light green band on there and you just get better activation. I think more people could do banded pullups too. It fits really well with the sport.
