The Economic Effects of Technology

Technology has all, it is very difficult to predict their economic effects because they're used in a lot of ways that the inventors can't see. Bill Clinton and his administration had this idea that mass employment would come from everyone learning right learn to code but only a few people worked actually with that as their main or only job. And so I think there was a there were a lot of mistaken predictions about how these technologies would evolve and what they would do.
