The Challenges of Being a University of California, Los Angeles

As a university, we sit in some precarious situations where we have some benefits that other employment areas do not. We're trying to now figure out, how can we not lose the value of what it means to be u c l a while ting this flexibility? What kind of technology needs to bring b do we need to bring to bear to make sure that that's possible? And then thinking about, is there an opportunity here? For example, can we re imagine space if there's a more flexible way of people being on campus? So its really it just takes a level ofcreativity.
