Death Fetishism - A Negative Reference to Black Metal

I use death fetishism as a way to think through, okay, like black metal is obsessed with death, but we should say death also brings forth potential, right? I read Lucretius after finishing the chapter, but I thought Lucretius was a very good reference because he's very focused on, okay, death brings decay, but decay allows things to grow. It's not to say that we should do this kind of vulgar accelerationist position of like, okay, accelerate death so that you can kind of springboard into the future. But instead, it's a way of not thinking negatively or not thinking as negatively or notthinking as nostalgically as is often common in socialist groups
