Is There Doubt, There's No Doubting?
If there's doubt, talk about it. Youo communicate. And the number one thing that i think leads to challenges around this is people start to have concerns and they don't talk about them. In the interviewing process, in the early stages of an employee's development, your job is to help them succeed. If you haven't communicated what the challenge is, or where you're hoping that they get and try to help them to get there, then you're not acting in service to the employe.
