Jim Dixon was kind of a manager sort of guy and ran world Pacific Records in studio he took an interest in them and Got them signed to make a record as the three of them. I don't know if Chris Hilman was involved yet then I'm not sure that he was but this would have been sometime in mid-64 ish. The song wouldn't appear until Dylan's spring of 65 album and bringing it all back home. It has a demo Mr. Tamborine man he recorded it with Ramblin Jack Elliot who was apparently drunk at the time and So it's kind of rough and ready it the song In a re-recorded form wouldn't appear for another two years
