Leadership and Inclusion - Is There a Guide Rail?

i hear from companies that they want to build a community but are afraid of what people will do with their brand, or how they'll represent them. That's why we kind of talk about lie guide rails being, you know, you have authority within these boundaries. But yet, if you cross these kinds of guide rails, then it's not quite fit for us. And i'm curious, like, how do you vet for that alignment up front? And thenn rell hard, david and thed and then, have there been experiences where someone hasn't a been a fit after they've been in the program, or they've crossed those lines? Yes. It's really difficult to
