What Is Sociocracy?

Sociocracy is a way to share power. People are terrible at making decisions together, and sociocracy helps organize people towards a common goal. It also uses consent decision making, which is just something that everyone can live with. Instead of having road blocks or a minority that' diefranchised, everybody is on the same page.
