He seems to imply that the downside is that you emissurate 99% of the population, which I would regard as a downside. He doesn't clearly link it to modern modern cities like what modern city like acts like that. Well, I don't think any modern city acts like that which is his problem. It exists to allow leisure time for youths to prepare for war. So modern cities exist for, you know, beta males and women,. You know, to make to be safe for those groups rather than being places for aesthetic youths to develop themselves.
