Haymi and Ben are to some extent impenetrable that in the sense that they he doesn't seem to get like a true grasp on both of their characters. Maybe that's why he uses fiction as a way or as a means to find some sort of closure or resolve it in some way or another but yeah I think either way Haymi is killed or not she is a kind of tragic lost soul type of character who keeps running into walls with whatever she tries to do.
