DMFI is building infrastructure to support pro-Israel candidates. Austin, Texas city council member Gregorio Qasar was not on DMFI's endorsement list for a seat in the U.S. House of Representatives. His absence came after he wrote a letter laying out his position on Israel. He opposed BDS and said we should provide military aid but make sure it doesn't fund human rights violations anywhere in the world.
