He’s California’s favorite real estate agent, and his team has been using the house hacking strategy to help first-time homebuyers subsidize a SIGNIFICANT portion of their mortgage. Even better? This deal required no money down and allowed his clients to lock in a low mortgage rate and a low cost of living while in one of America’s most expensive cities, San Diego.
