Every human being is trying to avoid a tragic ending. We have to clearly communicate the negative consequences that will happen to our stomers if they do not buy our products. If you remove what's at stake, if customers don't buy from you, they have zero reason to call you. They're all trying to avoid something bad happening. You just have to mention, hey, you know, we just don't want this to happen to you.
